The foundation of the programme is physical improvement on the pitch: endurance, speed, explosiveness and agility, always integrated into ball-based exercises with football logic. Technique and tactics are the vehicle, not an add-on.
If you want to focus on something specific — a technical skill, a physical weakness or a tactical aspect — we put it at the centre from day one.
If you want to complement your on-pitch work with gym training, we also have access to a gym with personalised programming. Strength, mobility, injury prevention or any physical aspect you want to reinforce — we plan it alongside the field programme.

Small group (max. 4), duo (2 players) or individual. Each format has its own price and duration.
Choose how many days per week: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. Days and times are fixed for the full duration of the pack.
1 week at the listed price, or 2 or more weeks with the pack (-10%). Payment is made at booking. The more you commit, the better the price you earn.
Every session has a clear goal. You start the season in better shape than everyone else.
